Acupressure is an ancient Chinese practice that involves gently pressing on specific points of the body to relieve pain and tension. This technique is believed to stimulate the flow of energy, orQi, throughout the body to help relieve the headache. To use acupressure, simply press on the area between the thumb and index finger, the brow, the temple, and the back of the neck for a few minutes.
